We replace batteries and display in 1 hour. If the device requires longer diagnostics or ordering
additional components from the manufacturer, the repair takes an average of 2 working days. If you
need to send your device to a service center, repair may take approximately 5 business days.
Find My Device lock.
The FMD must be disabled on the device handed over for repair. Repair cannot be performed while the
FMD lock is active.
Additional accessories, display glasses, covers, attached accessories - what about them ?
According to Apple requirements, the device handed over for repair should be in the same
configuration as at the time of purchase. All kinds of accessories (e.g. protective glass on the
display, covers, cases, attached accessories) must be removed before starting the diagnostics. The
service is not responsible for additional elements that are not original Apple accessories.
Customer data.
Before handing over the device for repair, the customer should protect the data by making a backup.
The service provider is not responsible for the customer's data stored in the devices.
Will I pay for the diagnosis?
The diagnosis in Serwis.me is free of charge if you agree with valuation. In case when you deny valuation, the charge will be taken:
