Prepare your device for repair or replacement.

Please follow the steps below before delivering the device to the service center.

1. Create backup.

2. Turn off FMD.

3. If you use Apple Watch, please unpair it.

4. Turn off iMessage. Go to Settings > Messages and turn off iMessage

5. Erase your data. Go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings.

6. After 12 months please bring your proof of purchase.

7. If you have problem with accessories, please bring them with the device. This will make it easier for us to correctly diagnose the fault.

8. If you are sending equipment, please remove the SIM card, case, protective glasses from the device.

You can deliver the prepared device to us by self or order a pickup by courier.
